Servicing New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine
The North Star is a “guiding star.” There are so many astronomical, mythological, spiritual and ancient connections to the North Star. The North Star is a symbol of direction and guidance, and represents hope, inspiration, faith and perseverance. Today in our modern times, the North Star is seen as an anchor or reminder that we are always connected to something greater than ourselves.
Each horse I work with is a symbol of direction and guidance, like the North Star.
I honor each horse’s unique guidance, allowing their body and presence to lead me toward the places where comfort can be restored and tension released. In every session, the horse shows me what is needed—revealing where strain is held and when it has to let go. The horse is my North Star in bodywork, a constant guide and beacon of wisom.
Hello, I’m Sharon.
I have always been an animal lover and avid rider. From a young age, I fell in love with horses, taking riding lessons, working at barns, competing in several disciplines and being involved in whole-horse care. As an adult, I was fortunate to have my small horse farm for decades.
Now that I have retired from Real Estate, I’ve become a Certified Equine Massage Therapist, gaining a solid foundation in equine anatomy, physiology and postural assessment, and the principles of sports massage and myofascial release techniques. I’m a Masterson Method® Certified Practitioner and absolutely love what I do.
Let’s work together to improve your horse’s overall comfort and performance.
“I just wanted to share that I had a great ride today after the Masterson session yesterday. She was so relaxed, with a great tempo, nice and balanced. Thank you!”
